Mr. Finck is the managing partner of Finck & Miller LLP. He received his JD from the University of California, Hastings College of Law and was admitted to the bar in 1980. He was a partner in Ord and Norman, San Francisco from 1985 to 1988, prior to founding the Law Office of Kevin W. Finck in January, 1989.  He is the author of California Corporation Start-Up Package and Minute Book, which is currently in its 10th revised edition; "Limiting the Personal Liability of Directors of Foreign Owned US Corporations:  A General Overview," Vol. 14, International Legal Practitioner No. 3, (1989); "Representation of Foreign Investors in the United States:  A Brief Overview," Vol. 7, San Francisco Barrister Law Journal No. 3, (1988).  Mr. Finck is a member of the California Bar Association, International Bar Association, American Bar Association, and San Francisco Bar Association.  Mr. Finck has received the highest "AV" rating from Martindale Hubbell and is listed in Who's Who of American Law, Who’s Who in America, and Who’s Who in the World.  He has also lectured for the International Bar Association and the Learning Annex.

Mr. Quillinan is Of Counsel to Finck & Miller LLP. He received his JD from the University of California, Hastings College of Law and was admitted to the bar in 2006. Prior to joining Finck & Miller LLP, he was an associate at Abbey, Weitzenberg, Warren & Emery, P.C., in Santa Rosa and Cooley LLP in Palo Alto. In law school, he was on the staff of the Hastings Law Journal from 2004-2006 and served on the Board as a Senior Production Editor from 2005-2006. Mr. Quillinan’s experience includes general corporate, real estate and banking. His corporate clients have encompassed a variety of industries (finance, wine, software, advertising, manufacturing and equipment leasing). As outside general counsel for these companies, he works with business owners and senior executives on all aspects of corporate matters, including the formation, governance and dissolution of business entities and the review and documentation of routine and complex business and commercial contracts. He has represented local community banks as outside commercial lending counsel and worked on a wide variety of real estate matters. He also represents non-profit corporations as outside counsel. Among other matters, he advises clients regarding formation, governance, application for 501(c)(3) tax exempt status, and tax exempt financing.

Kathleen Miller is a partner of Finck & Miller LLP. She received her JD from Golden Gate University in 1982 and was admitted to the California bar in 1983.  She was an associate at the Law Offices of Martin A. Schainbaum from 1980 to 1987 and Janin, Morgan & Brenner from 1987 to 1993.  In 1994, she became General Counsel for The Men's Wearhouse, Inc. continuing in that position until 2003.  Her practice areas include general counsel work, real estate transactions and commercial leases, and tax controversy.
